Switching Start/Stop Points
Overview
From Zoltan Kasa, posted on the IQ Yahoo! forum 3/15/09:
Using the Start/End button in Modify Pattern moves the points IF they can be considered identical (i.e. they are VERY close). If after touching the Start/End button a small arrow appears near the start/end points, it means that this is the case, and you can move the points around by touching them and dragging them to a different spot. If the arrow does not show up, the points may not be close enough. You can fix this by splitting the pattern close to the start(end) point and stretching the short segment until the points snap. (Don't forget to combine the segment afterward).
Note that every time you touch the Start/End button the stitching sequence will be reversed, even on closed patterns.
