At this point you have a kissing feather wedge that can be used in a variety of ways. Here's the completed pattern, followed by some examples of using the pattern.

This is the completed pattern. There are extra lines above the top feather that you can split out or change to a tiny feather.

This one has the lines at the top removed so I can play with the feather now.

KissingFeather02.png

This pattern is just half of the kissing feather with a path pattern on the other side.

KissingFeather03.png

This pattern uses the full kissing feather as a fan pattern repeated 4 times with a 90 degree angle. Crosshatch was added behind the feathers, then a no-sew zone and clipping block was added.

My personal favorite. This would be a great medallion for a wholecloth quilt. I'll let you study it and figure out how it was done. If you get stumped, I can provide the steps.
